ABO Behavioral Health LLC is a Pennsylvania-based behavioral health group practice providing school-based, community-based, and telehealth behavioral consultation services for children, adolescents, and families.

We are seeking qualified professionals with experience in behavioral health, education, or related fields who are comfortable working in school-based and community-based environments.

Our Work Environment:
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania: Required for clinical roles
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Experience in behavioral health, school-based, or clinical settings
Knowledge of behavioral assessment and support planning (FBA/BIP)
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong documentation and communication skills
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are encouraged to apply for school-based roles.
Candidates with strong experience in behavioral health, education, or related services are encouraged to apply.
