ABO Behavioral Health LLC is a Pennsylvania-based behavioral health group practice providing school-based, community-based, and telehealth behavioral consultation and support services for children, adolescents, and families.

We are seeking qualified professionals with experience in behavioral health, education, or related fields who are interested in working in school-based and community-based environments. As our services continue to grow, we’re looking for | LBS | BCBA | RBT | BHT | Paraprofessional support to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals, families, and the communities we serve.

Our Work Environment:
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) & Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS): Required for clinical roles
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Experience in behavioral health, school-based, or clinical settings
Knowledge of behavioral assessment and support planning (FBA/BIP)
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Strong documentation and communication skills
Candidates with strong experience in behavioral health, education, or related services are encouraged to apply.
RBT, BHT & Paraprofessional Support
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or a related field preferred
• RBT certification required when applicable to the position
• Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with autism, developmental needs, behavioral health, or educational support needs preferred
• Strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and behavioral health professionals
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates with strong experience in behavioral health, education, special education, human services, or related fields are encouraged to apply for positions for which they meet the applicable requirements.
All positions are subject to applicable Pennsylvania requirements, credential verification, background clearances, and school district-specific requirements based on role and assignment.
