ABOUT ABO BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC
ABO Behavioral Health LLC is a Pennsylvania-based behavioral health group practice providing on-site school-based, community-based, and Telehealth behavioral consultation services to children, adolescents, families, and K–12 school districts.
The practice focuses on behavioral consultation, caregiver coaching, and collaboration with educational teams to support practical, consistent behavioral strategies across settings. Services are designed for real-world application, promoting meaningful and sustainable progress.
OUR APPROACH
Our work emphasizes practical, individualized behavioral strategies that support meaningful progress for students, caregivers, and educational teams. We don’t look at behavior in isolation. We want to understand what may be contributing to it and consider the child’s emotional, developmental, social, and environmental needs as part of the overall picture.
We use a collaborative consultation model that promotes coordination, consistency, and alignment across school, home, and community environments.
OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE & FUNDING
School-Based Onsite Services: We partner with local LEAs via direct Business-to-Business (B2B) contracts, invoicing the school district directly for all approved service hours.
Community & Caregiver Services: For our community-based programs and caregiver coaching, we accept Aetna commercial insurance and Private Pay options. Additional insurance participation is pending. Onsite Compliance: All ABO behavioral health professionals hold fully verified Pennsylvania Act 34, 151, and 114 clearances, aligned with Pennsylvania LEA guidelines and FERPA compliance.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

Students may have structured behavioral plans in place, but without consistency across school, home, and community environments, sustaining progress can be challenging.
ABO Behavioral Health LLC was created to address this gap by focusing on consultation, coordination, and applied behavioral support across settings, ensuring strategies are practical, realistic and usable in daily environments.

Bernice Osei, M.A., LBS
Owner & Clinical Director
Bernice is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Arcadia University.
She has over 20 years of experience providing behavioral health, mental health therapy, and consultative services to children, adolescents, families, and educational teams across school-based and outpatient settings.
Her professional background includes advanced clinical training and graduate certificates in:
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Child and Family Therapy
Her clinical experience includes Behavioral assessments, Mental Health support, consultation, care coordination, and collaborative services for individuals with behavioral, emotional, developmental, educational, and mental health needs.
She has extensive experience working with children and families impacted by trauma and complex behavioral health challenges, with a strong focus on school partnerships, family engagement, outpatient settings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
OUR CLINICAL PERSPECTIVE
Through years of work across educational and clinical environments, ABO Behavioral Health LLC identified a consistent challenge: behavioral plans are often well-designed but difficult to implement consistently across real-world settings. This gap can create challenges for educators, caregivers, and students.
ABO Behavioral Health LLC was established to address this gap by focusing on consultation, collaboration, and practical implementation of behavioral strategies across environments, supporting consistency in daily settings where it matters most.
