BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
ABO Behavioral Health LLC is a group practice providing behavioral consultation services across school-based, community-based, and Telehealth settings through Licensed Behavior Specialists/Board Certified Behavior Analysts across Pennsylvania.
Our work emphasizes practical application, consistency, and meaningful outcomes in real-world environments.
SERVICES OVERVIEW:
We collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to ensure behavioral support strategies are not only developed but also applied consistently across settings.

Designed to support K–12 school districts in developing and applying consistent behavioral strategies for students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
Services are delivered by highly qualified, fully cleared Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Services include:
• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Behavior Support Plans (BSP / PBSP)
• School-based behavioral consultation
• Staff coaching and strategy support
• MTSS / PBIS-aligned behavioral planning
IEP team collaboration
• Support for students with complex behavioral needs
Goal:
Improve consistency and effectiveness of behavioral support strategies within school settings.
Procurement, Funding & Compliance
Direct B2B Contracts: We partner with local LEAs via direct Business-to-Business (B2B) contracts, invoicing the school district directly for all approved service hours. We do not require or process third-party medical insurance for contracted school-based services.
On-site Compliance: All ABO behavioral health professionals hold fully verified Pennsylvania Act 34, 151, 114, and 168 clearances, aligned with Pennsylvania LEA guidelines and FERPA compliance.

We provide behavioral consultation services for children and adolescents in community-based settings, focusing on emotional regulation, behavioral functioning, and adaptive skill development.
Services include:
• Behavioral consultation for children and adolescents
Autism-related behavioral support (consultation, caregiver coaching)
ADHD & Executive Function Support
Emotional & Behavioral Regulation
Behavioral assessment
• Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA - informed consultation when clinically appropriate)
• Treatment planning and progress monitoring
• Care coordination with families, pediatricians and external providers

Community & Caregiver Services: For our community-based programs and caregiver coaching, we accept Aetna commercial insurance and Private Pay options. Please contact us for current service options, rates, and availability.
Service Delivery Settings: Services are provided across natural community environments and secure, HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platforms throughout Pennsylvania
